Many people meet and form a big circle on a grassy clearing that
is high but near the ocean.
Those who have been arguing, no matter what the issue, are placed
opposite each other in the circle. Once the circle is as full
as it's going to be, everyone has a candle on the ground near
them.
These are not lit until after each 'pair of opposites' has met
in the middle of the circle, shaken hands and left an offering
of food, drink or crystals to be shared later.
If not dosey do, then some kind of holding handed spinning dance
takes place. Each person ends up where their 'opposite' used to
be.
Once each person has met in the middle and returned to a place
in the circle, the candles are lit by the flame of the one before.
There is movement, but I'm not sure whether people hold their
candles and move around the circle or leave the candles on the
ground and move around.

| Following the terrorist attacks of 9/11 in the United States, a group of international dreamers gathered around the idea of dreaming the world toward peace.
Everyone dreams. In many cultures it is believed that the world is a creation of our dreams. These dreams are a bridge across which we can reach toward one another. |
